


Recipes prepared included green bananas egg snack, sweet potato with groundnuts flour, green banana with groundnut flour, rice porridge with pumpkin leaves, sweet potato porridge with milk, bananas with meat soup, cooked green bananas, vegetables with groundnut flour, chiwindimkoko, mgaiwa porridge with pumpkin leaves and groundnut flour, sweet potato snack, sweet potato leaves juice, pawpaw smoothie, chikondamoyo, banana flitters, rice porridge with eggs, rice porridge with milk, mgaiwa porridge with eggs, cassava leaves with groundnut flour, peas with sweet potatoes, porridge made from maize, soy, and cowpea flour.
IOVCY project beneficiaries participated in the cooking demonstration and were encouraged to do what they had learnt in their households.
